£1bn in Grants for Letting Agents

The Government have just set aside £1bn in grants for Letting Agents.

I'm going to tell you all about them and how you can apply.

Grants Details:

Almost £1bn of new funding next year to tackle and prevent homelessness for councils in England.

How you as a letting agent can benefit:

• If you have a tenant that has fallen into rent arrears.

• If you have a tenant with a rent they cannot afford.

You can now use this grant funding to cancel the rent arrears or pay the shortfall the tenant cannot afford.

L&D Estates used this grant funding to pay off £20,000 in arrears earning a £7,000 commission for themselves.
