About Us

Why we Fight

Hi there,

The COVID pandemic led to a mass exodus of renters from London, causing landlords to grapple with vacant properties.

In response, we connected these landlords with homeless families supported by local councils and charities, positively impacting over 50 families.

However, the market has shifted. London rents have skyrocketed, over 20% in some areas, threatening the housing security of low-income families who found homes in 2021.

Simultaneously, landlords are facing their own crisis with mortgage costs doubling or even tripling.

The result? An increased rate of eviction due to unavoidable rent hikes and tenants' inability to afford them.

To combat this growing homelessness, we're securing council grants to cover rent increases, ensuring fair compensation for landlords and housing stability for tenants.

We fight because we are driven by the conviction that a safe, secure home should be within reach for every family, regardless of their circumstance.

About Us

We believe in a world where every family, regardless of circumstance, deserves a safe and secure home.

Our approach? Building enduring relationships with councils, landlords, and tenants, acting as a bridge to uphold housing justice and prevent homelessness. Stand with us in our mission for secure homes for all.
